Q. If I qualify and get approved, when can I expect to get my money?

A. That all depends on what kind of Funding you are applying for. Here are the general time frames for each level of Funding!

  • Giggle Funding Up to $5k - This money is generally available in Minutes. This may not be the case all of the time depending on your banking institution.
  • $25K Today - If you Apply, get approved and accept the Funding all before 12:00 pm EST you will receive your money same day. If it is after 12:00 pm EST, you will be able to receive your money the next business day. Again, this will also depend on your banking institution. Each bank tends to have different rules about deposit size and how long it can take to clear funds.
  • Over $25k - With this funding it can be same day but can also take up to 7 days. These funded amounts are considerably larger; therefore, you will need to speak with your banking institution about what they will clear when.

Q. What is the Interest Rate? 

A. Simplest answer is there is no Interest Rate.  However, there is a multiplier. Here is a list of the Program Multipliers:

  • Giggle Funding - 1.29x - 1.69x the amount of approved funding. Example: Client A is approved for $2,500.00 with a 1.4x multiplier the total pay back will be $3,500.00
  • $25k Today - 1.9x - 1.69x the amount of the approved funding. Example: Client B is Approved for $15,000.00 with a 1.3x multiplier the total pay back would be $19,500.00
  • Over $25K - 1.18x - 1.49x the amount of the approved funding. Example: Client C is Approved for $75,000.00 with a 1.2x multiplier the total payback would be $90,000.00

Multipliers are determined at underwriting and are based on a number of factors including revenue, time in business, credit score in the larger fundings. The examples shown are based on averages of past clients and are not a guarantee to your funding situation. Please make sure you read your offer carefully before accepting or declining.

Q. Why was I declined?

A. The only answer I can provide is check your email.  I will not know why you were declined. This is to protect you and your privacy. I will not be able to find out why you were declined either for the same reason. I can tell you a list of the most common reasons a business is declined, see that list below.

  • Misstatement of Revenue: You will be asked to link your bank account as part of the Application Process. You will also be asked to Upload 3 months of Bank Statements (larger fundings only) as part of the Application Process. This is to make sure the stated Revenue is correct. If a Misstatement of Revenue has occurred and you are making less than what you answered in the application, you will most likely be declined.
  • Misstatement of FICO Score: If you are applying for the larger funding and state your FICO Score Higher than it is you will be declined.
  • Other Open Positions: If you have loans, MCA's or other open "Positions" that have a large balance owed and your daily balance will not cover a new position you will most likely be declined.
  • Low Daily Balance: As most of the funding has a daily ACH draw for the payback if you have a lower-than-normal daily balance you will most likely be declined. This is really for your protection. It is not a good idea to overextend oneself therefore, declining you keeps you from having more liabilities than you can pay.


Q. How much can I get Approved for really?

A. The answer really depends on the Funding Program. Below are what the "Rule of Thumb" is for each program.

  • Giggle Funding - About 25% of current Monthly Revenue. Example: Client A has a revenue of $4,000 per month each month for the last 3 months. They could receive an offer of $1,000.00.
  • $25K Today - About 75% of current Monthly Revenue. Example: Client B has revenue of $20,000 per month each month for the last 3 months. They Could receive an offer of $15,000.00.
  • Over $25K - Between 1 and 2 times the amount of Monthly Revenue. Example: Client C has revenue of $60,000 per month each month for the last 3 months. They could receive an offer of $120,000.00

The examples above are based on the "Rule of Thumb" for each program. There are other factors that are looked at during underwriting to determine exact amounts of Approved Funding. I am not saying this is a guarantee of what you will be offer, I am simply giving examples based on past history of other clients.


Q. Why did it say I was Approved but then told me I was Declined after I accepted the offer?

A. In some cases the final stage of underwriting can turn back a decline. As with all declines I will not know why you were declined to protect your privacy. You will receive an email as to why you were declined. Please make sure you check your SPAM box for that email. Please don't ask me because I cannot find out the information for you.


Q. What Documents will I need to Apply?

A. You will need the following documents to apply for anything other than Giggle Funding:

  • A copy of your Driver's License or State ID
  • Signed and Voided Check for your Business Bank Account
  • PDF Copies of the last three months Business Bank Statements (found in your online banking portal for your bank)
  • If requesting or accepting an offer over $150,000.00 you may also need the Last FILED Tax Returns for your Business.

Q. This application wants me to link my bank account. What is that about?

A. Basic Answer is that you link your account for verification of Revenue.  Long answer is that while you are linking your account to verify revenue you are also giving permission for the deposit of Funds into that account and if and when you sign a contract for your Funding you are allowing the Provider to draw your payments from that account as well. This all works best if the Business Account is linked in the system. So, you might also be wondering what happens to this information if you do not sign a contract with a Provider. Well, that is simple. It is forgotten. There are no charges or anything that will come out of the account if you have not signed a contract with the Provider. The system simply forgets your information.
